There is a new thread on the google earth forum for you to mark the locations of where you live (city - don't mark your house). Where your old campus is located. Where your church or old church is. bbs.keyhole.com/ubb/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/759374/an/0/page/0#759374FactNet and Proboards are limited in that we can't really see where the locations being talked about actually are. See the location of the University of Cape Town where the His People revival started. This is really just some fun and to help us get some context for what we are talking about. Maybe some EN members from outside this forum will join in. Please add your old church & campus location. * Yes, you do need to sign up for the Google Earth Community Forum and yes it is very easy. You just sign up and wait for an email to confirm your registration. Then click on the confirmation email to activate it. * You will need to download Google Earth if you don't have it already earth.google.com/download-earth.html* Then use Google Earth to placemark a location. Save the location onto your computer (right click and save)- it has the extension .kml Then you write your message and check the box which says you want to add a file. Then on the second 'preview' pane you use the 'browse' button to upload the file off your computer. Then you press the button to post the message and attached placemark file. You can also use .kml files to save groups of locations if you know lots of relevant places so only one download is needed. Please do try it. I want to see the places everyone comes from and is talking about. I think it will help warm our sense of community, which is limited by the coldness of cyberspace.
